Hole 16 (The View)
As the name suggests, on a clear day, the teeing ground of this hole affords some fantastic views across Manchester and the Pennines beyond.
More testing than it first appears, this par three is well-guarded by bunkers and additionally, the green has run off areas on both sides that are not obvious from the tee. The sloping shape of the ground to the front of the green means that, whilst it appears tempting to run your ball up to the green, the best strategy is actually to land a full shot onto the putting surface.
