Hole 3 (Rydal)
A deceptively difficult par 3 - particularly if playing into the prevailing wind.
The green has two largish bunkers left and right and is protected at the front by a small cross bunker. It also has a fairly complex series of slopes and run-offs in addition to the shallow MacKenzie ridge at about two thirds distance from the front edge. Second shots that involve chipping to this green or playing out of a bunker are seldom easy.
